Oscar Zuffada

Assistant Director Of Food And Beverage, AMAN

Oscar Zuffada was born and raised in a small city near Milan in Italy, which is close to border of Piedmont. Although he had received bachelor degree in history of Arts, he fell in love with wine and had great passion for it, not only because of his experiences of working in restaurants in his neighborhood, but also due to his apprenticeship of working in a small winery in Oltrepo Pavese Area, where he learned all the processes of wine-making.
