High-quality grapes are used to make this high-quality 2016 Mappinga Shiraz. This red from Sidewood Estate is complex and elegant, with lifted nose of rich dark fruits, violets, and toasted cinnamon. It displays notes of blackcurrants and fresh dates on the palate. The finish is long-lingering with hints of liquorice and cocoa bean.

Quinta Do Crasto, S.A. is a Portuguese winery focused on the production of Douro and Port wines. The winery is in the heart of Douro Valley and it benefits from the exceptional conditions for producing wines of the highest quality. The 2019 China Wine Competition gold medal winner Quinta Do Crasto LBV 2014 is one of the stars of this winery. It is dark purple in color. It has aromas of gum cistus, wild blackberries, and delicate cocoa hints. On the palate, it has fresh wild fruit flavors and wonderful structure made of firm and finely textured tannins.
