Bodegas Valoria Story

The origins of Bodegas Valoria date back to 1860, when the Pérez Foncea family founded the original winery in Fuenmayor, one of the most prestigious towns in La Rioja Alta. The bodega’s motto is “Great Rioja Wines since 1860”. It is among the only ten firms chosen from Rioja that can sell the so-called “old vintages” from before 1980. These vintages are recognised year after year by international experts such as Robert Parker.Their wines are the fruit of passion and experience. Thanks to a winemaking process that combines tradition and modernity, Bodegas valoria are able to guarantee the best quality.

The Winery

The winery has a capacity of a million and a half litres in stainless steel tanks of different dimensions. It also has a park of one thousand three hundred American and French oak barrels.
